Industry Expert Takes The Helm at Tommy Los Angeles
Tommy has today announced Dougal Strachan as its new Senior Vice President, Los Angeles.
Strachan will lead Tommy Los Angeles’ team of digital designers, developers, producers, strategists, and creatives, supported by a global accounts team to continue the growth of Tommy’s presence in the U.S.
Formerly Senior Vice President Marketing at Twentieth Century Fox and The Walt Disney Company, Strachan has invested a 20 year career in digital marketing and brand strategy for the entertainment industry. Strachan was instrumental in the digital marketing campaigns for franchises such as Star Wars, Avatar, X-Men and Ice Age and more recently developed and led the innovative international marketing campaigns for break-out hits such as Kingsman, Deadpool, and Bohemian Rhapsody.

Tommy’s expertise in technology and storytelling have become famous in the industry – having recently been named one of the initial creative partners for Branded Effects and Gamified Effects on TikTok, as well as notable campaigns for studios and brands such as Amazon, Netflix, Adobe, Hulu and Tag Heuer.

Strachan’s tenure in the position begins today. He will report to Chris Edwards and the other Tommy board of directors. Strachan succeeds Anton Perreau. After four years in the role, he will be moving on to a new venture early next year.
