Harriet has been a core part of Tommy for nearly five years, so stepping into the role of EMEA lead feels like a natural and well-earned progression. From the very start, her potential was clear – and she’s gone on to exceed every expectation.
Since joining Tommy in 2020 as a Senior Account Manager, quickly became a steady hand, a trusted voice, and a driving force behind some of our most ambitious creative work. She knows the Tommy culture inside out, and her ability to balance creative ambition with what clients really need is a big part of what makes her such a great leader.
Before Tommy, Harriet built her experience at the BBC and We Are Social – helping make a big impact at some of the world’s leading brands including: Audi Global, Tottenham Hotspur F.C, Major League Baseball, Bose, Diageo, adidas, Vodafone, Johnson & Johnson, & Greenpeace.
“Harriet is one of those rare people who just gets it. She understands the work, the people, the process – and pushes for better at every turn. Watching her grow into the leader she is today has been one of the proudest parts of my time at Tommy.”
Chris Edwards, CEO, Tommy
This appointment comes at a pivotal time for our London studio. We’re sharpening our focus on what we do best – creating distinctive, social-first work at the intersection of entertainment, advertising, and technology. From AR to influencer campaigns, branded content to experiential activations, we’re building a model where ideas cut through because they’re bold, culturally relevant, and made to be remembered.
Harriet’s story is also a reminder of what happens when you back talent – and when talent backs itself. Growth doesn’t always mean jumping ship. Sometimes, it’s about doubling down, staying curious, and rising to meet new challenges in a place that sees your potential.
“It’s amazing what happens when you start believing what people tell you and lean into the opportunities in front of you – especially the ones that scare you a little.
After nearly five years at Tommy, filled with too many highlights to count and surrounded by more talented people than I could possibly name, I’m incredibly happy to share that I’ve been promoted to Managing Director, Tommy London. This next chapter is already shaping up to be the most exciting one yet.”
