Pearlyn Ong joins Tommy Singapore as Creative Lead

Exciting times at Tommy, we’re glad to welcome Pearlyn to the team. Bringing a sharp creative eye, a collaborative mindset, and a belief in ideas that are as effective as they are culturally relevant.

With a background that spans eCommerce, government, health, and tech, Pearlyn is used to moving between sectors, scaling ideas, and building campaigns that need to land quickly and clearly. Most recently, she led creative for Lazada’s Beauty vertical across Southeast Asia, shaping brand campaigns that shifted perception while driving results.

Pearlyn’s approach is focused and honest. She doesn’t overcomplicate things. She believes the best work is the product of strong collaboration, clear intent, and careful craft. Her creative philosophy is simple: make it clear, make it feel something, make it work.
